Led the development of OpenTug's core brand narrative, positioning the company as "the operating system for barge freight" and a tech-forward disruptor in a historically manual, fragmented industry. Created a high-level company overview deck that became a cornerstone of the brand, showcasing the full product suite, alongside strategic partnerships, funding milestones, and enterprise traction to establish market credibility and drive momentum.

Translated that narrative into a multi-page sales and marketing PDF built as a compelling, easy-to-share asset. It clearly communicated the benefits of BargeOS's core offerings while elevating OpenTug's value proposition beyond individual features.

Extended the work into a cohesive social media campaign supporting the BargeOS launch. Each ad targeted a specific audience with value-added content designed to boost awareness, drive engagement, and support sales enablement.
